It seems like every Christmas, Birthday, and Father’s day I get the same two questions. What gift do I get from my dad, he has everything? The second question I get is, dad what gift do you want this year? My Father-in-law and I are very different but the issue is the same. I am more of a tech nerd type and he is more of a hands-on man’s man type of guy. So over the past 10 years, I have learned a thing or two about gift ideas so I will share this information with you and hopefully give you a few ideas. If you do like any of these ideas and buy through my link I will make a small affiliate commission for full disclosure, but these are items I have either bought, wanted to buy, or think would really be great gifts.

Gifts Ideas for the Tech Dad who has everything

Can’t go wrong with a Drone….. we all want one

drone image as a gift for the dad who has everything

Ever since we were little boys, playing with remote controlled toys has been a great time. To bad for us that when we were kids they did not have drones. All I can remember having was a plane that was attached to a wire and would fly around you in a circle. Now we have remote controlled helicopters that can fly miles around and film the adventure.

When you start looking into buying a drone you can be quickly overwhelmed with the many different versions available. We have listed two great options for you below.

Best All Around Choice Best Budget Option

Shower Speaker, I didn’t even know I wanted one

Until I was researching for this post I didn’t even consider a shower speaker as a good gift idea. Then I started reading and thinking about it. Although my daughter may steal it…. I mean borrow it from me if I had one, it would be nice to have when she let me. Would save my phone from getting soaked. I am only putting one option up for this one. The reason I picked this one is that all the speakers are very similar but this one offers a full refund for up to 1 year.

Getting Tired of Wires, Need a Charging Station

I don’t know about you but I have way too many devices to share one charging wire. So my options right now are to have multiple wires and my wife fussing at the clutter or swapping devices out on one wire hoping that I have them charged when I need them. Then on my nightstand, I have three devices spread all over. So what would make me happy and my wife happy is a single charging station. Organize all of my devices and only require one plug. After reviewing a lot of different charging stations I realized that there are some very good options at a reasonable price. The below model is great if you need to charge your phone, watch, and earbuds.

Gifts Ideas for the Old School Dad who has everything

Give him something only a man could love

If he is a real hands on kind of guy you may consider a small knife forge for him. These forges are great for someone to start learning how to blacksmith at home. It’s portable so that it can be picked up out of the way when not in use. The flame is from a propane tank which is easy to find. Hopefully, in a few weeks’ time, he will be making knives and having fun. This will also help you find more gifts for a dad who has everything. He will want all kinds of additional items as he gets better at forging.

Family is a Great Gift

All dads and grandpaws love seeing their little ones having fun. What better way to help him have that than a firepit. A few pieces of wood hotdogs and marshmallows are all he will need to make this gift complete. This one comes with a cover to keep the fire in and kids out. It also has tile around the edge which gives you a spot to lean your hotdog stick while roasting.

What Dad Doesn’t Like Hot Sauce

This one is probably my favorite on the list. A hot sauce making kit. It includes everything you need to make a few different kinds and potency hot sauces. This gift may end up backfiring on you when you have to try the sauce he makes but it will be fun for everyone. It comes with 6 different types of peppers including the famous Ghost Pepper. It also has enough ingredients to make 20 bottles of hot sauce. Have fun watching your dad asking everyone to try the new one he made. Then seeing your mom fussing at him. A great gift all around.

If your dad is into tools, consider getting him

If your dad is into tools, consider getting him a gift card to his favorite hardware store. That way, he can pick out exactly what he wants and you won’t have to worry about whether or not it’s the right size or color.

Plus, it shows that you’re listening when he talks about his hobbies and that you care about what he’s interested in. And if your dad is the handyman type, then he’ll definitely appreciate a gift that will help him with his projects. So go ahead and get him a gift card to his favorite hardware store – he’ll be sure to put it to good use.

If your dad is a golfer, maybe consider getting him

If your dad is a golf enthusiast, then you know that there is nothing he loves more than hitting the links on a sunny day. But what do you get the man who has everything-including a closet full of polo shirts and a set of clubs that he spends more time with than you?

This Father’s Day, birthday, or Christmas think outside the box and give your dad something that he will really appreciate: a round of golf at his favorite course. Whether it’s an annual tradition or you’re surprising him with a tee time, fathers always appreciate spending time with their children.

So put down the power tools, step away from the BBQ grill, and give your dad what he really wants this Father’s Day: a chance to relax and enjoy a game of golf.

If your dad likes to dress up, maybe consider getting him

If your dad is the type who likes to dress up, maybe consider getting him a tie or a shirt this Father’s Day. But not just any old tie or shirt – get him something that really shows off his personality. For the dad who loves to be outdoors, try a shirt in a bold print with nature-inspired details. I

f he’s the sophisticated type, opt for a sleek and modern tie in a solid color. And for the dads who are always on the go, consider a wrinkle-free shirt that will make packing for business trips a breeze. No matter what your dad’s style is, there’s sure to be a tie or shirt out there that he’ll love. So don’t wait until the last minute to shop – start looking for that perfect present today.

If your dad loves to cook, maybe consider getting him

If your dad loves to cook, maybe consider getting him a subscription to a cooking magazine. That way, he can get all the latest recipes and cooking tips delivered right to his door. Plus, it’s a great way for him to bond with other like-minded dads who love to cook.

And if cooking is really your dad’s thing, then maybe he’d appreciate a nice set of kitchen knives. With a good set of knives, he can make quick work of any recipe. So whether your dad is a master chef or just likes to dabble in the kitchen, there’s sure to be a gift out there that will make his heart sing.

Conclusion

You might think that because your dad has everything, there’s nothing left to buy him. But you would be wrong! There are still plenty of great Father’s Day, Birthday, and Christmas gifts out there for the dads who have everything. We’ve rounded up some of our favorites- from tech gadgets to golf accessories- so take a look and find the perfect gift for your dad this Father’s Day. Happy shopping!
